Married Name
Her married name was HILL.
Name Variation
She was also known as Susan. Appears this way in every census. I am assuming that it is the same woman as Joanna WELCH, since the birth date and place are the same, and there is no evidence of a second marriage for Richard HILL or burial for Joanna HILL. However, it's possible that "Susan" the wife of Richard HILL is not the same person as Joanna WELCH.
Note that the frist two children (in Kilmington) were baptised as the children of "Joanna" and all the rest as the children of "Susan".

Death*
He died; John WELCH s/o John was buried on 17 Apr 1674. If this is the same person, then clearly he died as a child and could not have fathered three children. It is possible that "John WELCH" and "John WELCH alias MILLARD" were two different men. If so, then the child baptised in 1666 may be the father of the three children baptised in the first decade of the 18th century.

Margaret WELSH was born in 1770 at Mere, Wiltshire, England; Her age at death would give her a birthyear of about 1767, but this was the closest match, and ages at death tended to be exaggerated in the elderly.
There is no record of burial or marriage of Peggy WELSH, or of a young Margaret WELSH.
If she had really been born in 1767 that would have made her 5 years older than her husband - unlikely but not impossible.1
